Job Title: Case Manager
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Starting Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 DOE
Purpose: The primary function of the Case Manager is to provide assistance to Stepping Stone Emergency Housing (SSEH) residents with navigating available resources both public and private for which they are eligible. Additionally, this position provides guidance for the development and ongoing monitoring of Housing Plans for SSEH residents.

Job Title: Lead Shelter Advocate
Status: Full-time or Part-time
Starting Compensation: $21.50/hr
Purpose: It is the responsibility of the Lead Shelter Advocate to co-manage, develop and support all of Stepping Stone Emergency Housing’s (SSEH) Shelter Advocates (SA); analyze resident and staff needs to make recommendations to the Program Management Team concerning these stated needs; provide coaching and training of advocate staff; and perform general advocate duties, assign work and evaluate performance of advocate staff.

Purpose: To assist residents, who are experiencing homelessness, on their day-to-day needs, and work closely with other staff and volunteers, encouraging resident accountability, action and completion of programming in order to achieve long-term, stable housing.

Job Title: Casual Shelter Advocate
Status: Part-time, nonexempt
Starting Compensation: $18.00-$19.00 per Hour plus $1.50/hr shift differential for overnight shifts
Purpose:To assist residents, who are experiencing homelessness, with various tasks. Folks who work overnights may have a little bit different schedule of performing tasks. More commonly, overnight shifts help folks gain access into the building from the front entrance door, monitor the men’s and women’s wings, complete data entry and perform miscellaneous chore tasks (as needed).
