Job Title: Housing Manager

Starting Compensation: $65,000-$70,000/year

Purpose: The Housing Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of Washington County’s Emergency Housing Services Building in Stillwater, MN. This includes managing Shelter Advocates (SAs), ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining resident and staff engagement, and fostering adherence to SSEH’s mission, vision, and values.

Job Title: Community-Based Case Manager

Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Location: Sherburne County

Starting Compensation: $22–$25/hour – DOQ

Purpose: The Community-Based Case Manager provides ongoing case management and stabilization of housing to individuals participating in the Housing Support program. This position supports residents in maintaining safe, stable housing and accessing appropriate services and benefits based on individual need.

Services are delivered through a Housing Support model that provides ongoing housing-related support, supervision, and service coordination as required by the program. The focus is on housing stability and support, not time-limited progression or program completion.

Job Title: Case Manager

Status: Full-time; W-2

Location: Anoka

Starting Compensation: $45,000-$51,000/year

Purpose: The primary function of the Case Manager is to provide assistance to Stepping Stone Emergency Housing (SSEH) residents at Anoka shelter  with navigating available resources both public and private for which they are eligible. Additionally, this position provides guidance for the development and ongoing monitoring of Housing Plans for SSEH residents.

Job Title: Shelter Advocate

Status: Full-time Day Shift, every-other-weekend rotation, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 32 hours per week.

Location: Stillwater

Starting Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Purpose: To assist residents, who are experiencing homelessness, on their day-to-day needs, and work closely with other staff and volunteers, encouraging resident accountability, action and completion of programming in order to achieve long-term, stable housing.

Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt, Starting May 1st, 2026, Stepping Stone Emergency Housing will require Casual Shelter Advocates to work every other weekend with a minimum of 20 hours per month.

Starting Compensation: $21.00/hour

Job Title: Weekend Cook

Status: Part-time – 26 Hours Weekly, Non-Exempt

Location: Anoka

Starting Compensation: $19.00/hour

Purpose: The Weekend Cook is responsible for the overall operations of SSEH’s food service cafeteria every Friday between 2 pm to 6:30 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays between 10 am to 6:30 pm, including preparing meals, cleaning projects, and supervising resident chores.
