Job Title: Case Manager

Status: Full-time; W-2

Location: Anoka

Starting Compensation: $45,000-$51,000/year

Purpose: The primary function of the Case Manager is to provide assistance to Stepping Stone Emergency Housing (SSEH) residents at Anoka shelter  with navigating available resources both public and private for which they are eligible. Additionally, this position provides guidance for the development and ongoing monitoring of Housing Plans for SSEH residents.

Job Title: Casual Shelter Advocate- Anoka & Stillwater

Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt, Starting May 1st, 2026, Stepping Stone Emergency Housing will require Casual Shelter Advocates to work every other weekend with a minimum of 20 hours per month.

Location: Anoka & Stillwater

Starting Compensation: $21.00/hour

Purpose: To assist residents, who are experiencing homelessness, on their day-to-day needs, and work closely with other staff and volunteers, encouraging resident accountability, action and completion of programming in order to achieve long-term, stable housing.

Type: Seasonal – 3-4 month commitment

Starting Compensation: $21.00/hour

Job Title: Weekend Cook

Status: Part-time – 26 Hours Weekly, Non-Exempt

Hours: 34 Hours Per Week, 10 am to 6:30 pm Friday through Monday

Location: Stillwater

Starting Compensation: $21.00/hour

Purpose: The Cook is responsible for managing the daily operations of SSEH’s food service cafeteria. Duties include preparing meals, maintaining cleanliness, and supervising resident kitchen assignments.
