Job Title: Shelter Advocate, Overnights
Status: Part-time- 25-30 Hours Weekly, nonexempt

Job Title: Housing Stabilizations Services (HSS) Case Manager
Status: Full-Time, Nonexempt
Starting Compensation: $21/hour
This position is within a hybrid workplace condition, with at least 1-2 work-from-home days to complete administrative work.
Overview: The role of the Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) Case Manager is to assist individuals located in and around the Twin Cities, diagnosed with mental, physical, developmental disabilities, find, and sustain housing. Some individuals may also suffer from substance use disorders and/or have criminal backgrounds that may make searching and maintaining housing difficult. As the HSS Case Manager, you will hold a caseload of 10 clients, with caseloads varying based on need/difficulty. You will meet with the HSS supervisor on a weekly basis to discuss updates and to consult. Primarily, your role will consist of searching for housing on behalf of and with your clients. You will be expected to meet with your clients in their home, in the community, and will need to be able and comfortable driving your clients to housing tours, etc.

Job Title: Cafeteria Coordinator
Status: Part-Time- 26 Hours Weekly, Nonexempt
Starting Compensation: $19/hour
Purpose: The Cafeteria Coordinator is responsible for the overall operations of SSEH’s food service cafeteria every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday between 9 am to 5:30 pm, including preparing meals, and supervising and providing feedback for those residents who participate in work training.

Job Title: Casual Shelter Advocate
Status: Part-time, at least 16 hrs/month, nonexempt
Starting Compensation: $18.00-$19.00 per Hour plus $1.50/hr shift differential for overnight shifts
Purpose:To assist residents, who are experiencing homelessness, with various tasks. Folks who work overnights may have a little bit different schedule of performing tasks. More commonly, overnight shifts help folks gain access into the building from the front entrance door, monitor the men’s and women’s wings, complete data entry and perform miscellaneous chore tasks (as needed).
