Stepping Stone Joined the Simpson Housing Services and Many Others at Their Annual Minnesota Homeless Memorial March and Service on Thursday, December 16, 2021
Some of Stepping Stone’s staff and residents joined others last night to honor those that have died while homeless in Minnesota. Stepping Stone has felt the loss of some of our own residents this year.
From one of our staff: “It was truly an honor to walk alongside some of our residents and each other in the work we do every day. Taking this moment is one way we can recognize the importance of the people we serve along with the ever-present reality that our time and opportunity to work with them is often limited. Let us continue in this fight to end homelessness and uplift the dignity of those we serve in every way possible.”
