Sandi Baker is Vice President of Human Resources at Walters Recycling and Refuse, where she has served in progressive HR leadership roles for over five years. A longtime resident of Big Lake, Sandi brings more than 20 years of HR and operations experience and a deep commitment to meeting people where they are—with empathy, integrity, and courage. She co-founded Walters’ Women of Waste initiative and has led community partnerships with Hope for Youth, Alexander House, and Stepping Stone. Sandi is passionate about raising awareness of suburban homelessness and using her professional expertise to guide compassionate, balanced decisions. She and her husband also run Triple B—Baker’s Backyard Barbecue, raising funds through community cook-offs for local nonprofits.
