Kathi Stone, Vice Chair

Kathi has spent the past 34 years in banking at two banks. She’s held many different roles and responsibilities; starting as a part-time teller and currently the VP of Deposit Operation, CRA and Compliance Officer positions. Over these years, she has had the privilege to manage teams of highly talented individuals with the implementation of an array of new and enhanced products and services. Together they have achieved many successes and learned many lessens along the way. Kathi is a team leader with the bigger picture in view. Joining the Stepping Stone Board last year has been an honor for her, and she has been supporting their mission with donations and attending two Real Stories|One Stage events. Kathi desires to help make a difference in the lives of the residents that come to Stepping Stone seeking more for themselves. For fun, she enjoys gardening/flowers, watching birds, reading, painting, and being with friends and family. Kathi resides in Bloomington, Minnesota, with her husband of 31 years, Gary. They have three adult children, Dallas, Haley Jo, and Jack Stone.
