Brittany Clausen
Human Resources Director
Brittany Clausen (she/her) is the Human Resources Director for Stepping Stone Emergency Housing. For almost ten years, she has helped professionals become equitable and inclusive leaders and achieve their business goals through mindful and inclusive leadership coaching, training, and strategic planning. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and graduated with a Master’s of Social Work degree from St. Catherine University, Saint Paul, Minnesota. She currently serves as the Vice President and Racial Justice Chair of the National Association of Social Workers MN Chapter. Brittany believes in developing radical solutions through a social justice lens to help professionals acknowledge and understand their level of influence in the workplace and community and use it for good.
