Tom has been on the Stepping Stone Board for three years. He serves on the Program Committee and the Executive Committee for the board. He brings over 20 years of experience as a previous small business owner and has professional experience as Continuous Improvement Leader for three Fortune 500 companies. Tom has served his community as a Cub Scout Leader, Nordic Ski Booster Club President, Youth Coach, and many other activities. In addition to his work at Stepping Stone, he is currently a volunteer through his church at the Anoka County jail providing Jail Ministry for inmates. In his spare time, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, hiking with his dog, cooking, and going out with friends.
