Rhianna has been with Stepping Stone for two years and has been a Case Manager for the last four months both at the Washington County motel shelter and at the Anoka shelter. Prior to case management, she worked as the intake advocate and life skills advocate here at Stepping Stone. As a case manager, she helps residents navigate their situations and assist in finding them the resources necessary to obtain stable housing. She has a passion for working with the individuals at Stepping Stone and is extremely grateful to contribute to the mission of ending homelessness. Rhianna is currently studying Biology at Bemidji State University with a focus on genetics. She enjoys spending time outdoors camping and hiking with family and friends when she is not in school or working at the shelter.
