Jennifer Horton

Program Director

Jennifer has over 15 years of nonprofit experience and has served in a leadership capacity with program development and management that encompass homeless and housing service delivery in underserved communities. In her role as Program Director, Jennifer manages and leads our diverse team to provide supportive services for guests residing in our onsite and hotel-based emergency housing, as well as Supportive Housing programs. She brings progressive leadership experience in cultivating organizational growth and effectively aligning the needs of stakeholders with our mission and commitment to diversity and equity. Her skill sets are specific to building effective teams, launching sustainable programs, managing contracts, and leveraging partnerships. Jennifer holds a strong commitment to the community in serving in an area that her family experienced homelessness and housing instability.
